"Two and a Half Men" actor, Charlie Sheen, is looking to suppress statements he made to an Aspen police officer. That officer will likely testify during the upcoming proceeding in Pitkin County District Court.
The judge in his Christmas Day spousal abuse case has called for both sides to return to court in Aspen, Colorado on June 18.
Sheen was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief stemming from an Xmas Day fight with his wife, Brooke Mueller. Sheen's team wants anything Charlie said to police on the day of the alleged incident deemed inadmissible because he was never read his Miranda rights.Charlie is hoping now the prosecutors will drop the case and he will get free.
