Ellin Barkin Gains $4.3 Of That Revlon Money

You watched many victories of female celebrities, whatever she is known or unknown, claiming  against their husbands by the help of law. The unknown actress, Ellen Barkin, who had an almost unrecognizable role as a sullen drug-addict mother in "Chameleon," which recently premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival just won a tidy $4.3 million lawsuit against her Revlon billionaire ex-husband Ron Perelman. The Manhattan Supreme court ordered Ron to pay up with interest.

 

Ellenn Barkin and Ron were only married for five reportedly tumultuous years. In 2006, Perelman conveniently filed for and quickly got a divorce, just days before the prenup would have kicked in, giving Ellen Barkin more alimony. Despite that, Ellen Barkin still got a decent chunk, some $2-3 million a year. And after the divorce, she also sold all the jewelry Ron had given her for an estimated $16-20 million. 

But Ron had also signed an agreement to make four capital contributions to her film production company, for a total of $3.4 million. 

But when Ellen Barkin talked to the press about not taking legal steps to obtain a "get," which is a Jewish religious divorce, he reneged on the deal, saying she'd not heeded the confidentiality restrictions of the divorce contract.

 

The Manhattan Supreme court didn't like that and Thursday Ron was ordered to pay up with interest, making it $4.3 million to Ellen Barkin - that's big pimpin'. Now Ron surely got a shocked and not to think of divorce next time!

SANDRA BULLOCK STAYED WITH JESSE IF HIS AFFAIRS WERE KEPT QUIET

Oscar-winner wishes James’ infidelities could have remained private so she didn’t have to leave him. “Sandra would have stayed with Jesse had his cheating not been made public,” told Us Weekly magazine.

With Jesse in rehab, she is trying to tread lightly. Sandra is doing this on her own timeline and refuses to budge or give in to people who say she should divorce him immediately.

“Jesse and his children are her family and in some ways always will be. She is not ready to scrap it all as fast as possible. She’s taken some time off and plans to stay out of the spotlight. Sandra and Jesse will talk again, but divorce will happen. She has a master plan.”

The insider said Bullock has definitely come to terms with the fact that James was not the guy she thought he was.

Sandra, 45, is getting ready to come out of hiding. “She needed time away to sort everything out by herself,” according to the PopEater website. “Now, she is ready to stop hiding and start fighting back.”

Sandra is expected to file for divorce later this week. “It’s over between Sandra and Jessie,” said the pal.
“But way too much has happened and after spending time alone, Sandra has realized that she deserves better. It’s not going to be easy but she’s an amazingly strong lady. Don’t worry, she will survive.” How long this decision she will continue this could be say only time!

Sandra Bullock's Ditching Jesse James With A Master Plan

Time comes to make it over. Actress Sandra Bullock, unlike her peer Elin Nordegren, has decided to call it quits with husband Jesse James. Recently Sandra has begun gathering the necessary information to divorce Jesse earlier this month and that we'll see a proceeding before the end of the summer.

Sandra sent a clear and silent message to the world earlier this week when she was photographed stepping out for a “hike,” her bare ring finger visible as she sipped a cup of coffee. She was also tried to make her husband aware of it. But all the attempts prove in vein.

Sandra is weighing her options but isn’t about to stick with Jesse, if reports are to be believed. According to Fox News, she’s planning to Divorce him but is making sure that she does it in a way that is sensitive to his three children.

It’s not easy to Divorce someone you’ve spent years with and expected to spend the rest of your life with, no matter what they’ve done to you. Sometimes things that can seem clear cut to those on the outside can be cloudy with emotion and happy memories to those dealing with it. When you find out that your husband is not the person you thought he was it can take a long time to come to terms with how much different he really is.  Whatever Sandra will do next, hopefully it will go for her owns good.

Finally Elen Nordegren met end with Tiger

Finally, Elin Nordegren marriage with Tiger, has come to an end. Both are filing for divorce after Woods was recently exposed as what they call a “serial cheater.” The 29-year-old former super model is said to be fed up with all of the reports of the 14 women that have come forward saying that they have had sexual relationships with Tiger and wants out NOW! Now, but Not RIGHT NOW. All these make Elin Nordegren “violently angry” over the Nike ad that aired during the Masters that featured the voice of Woods’ late father, Earl. Elin wants half of his $671 million fortune and complete custody of their two young children, Sam (2) and Charlie (10 months).

"She's so far beyond hurt now. If she were angry or if she hated him, they might still have a chance to work it out. But she's beyond that," said the friend. "She's numb. She just doesn't care anymore. She's like, 'whatever.'

“She’s not going to let Tiger talk his way out of this,” the another source said. “There’s nothing he can say to erase years of betrayal.”

Several reports have said she will fly to Sweden for the holidays and while that has not yet been confirmed it is clear that divorce papers will be filed sooner rather than later.
