Axl Rose Claims Guns N’ Roses Was ‘Sabotaged’
Rose claims Azoff tried "devising and implementing a secret plan to set up Rose and the band for failure so that Rose would have no choice but to reunite with the original Guns N' Roses' members."
Rose points to the fact that Azoff used Rose's childhood name in his lawsuit, stating that his childhood name carries "heavy emotional baggage" for him. According to the countersuit, the name William Bailey "carries significant emotional damage from Rose's childhood" and that Azoff knew it because of numerous personal and confidential conversations.
Rose wants $5 million for damages.

"Ultimately [I] want someone who you can pal around with and also be intimate with," Ackles told PEOPLE in 2006 about what he looks for in a woman. "Someone who can laugh at your jokes. It may sound cheesy, but someone who can be your best friend as well as your love."

Singer and Actress Lena Horne died on May 9,2010
Lena Horne, the silky-voiced singing legend who shattered Hollywood stereotypes of African Americans on screen in the 1940s as a symbol of glamour whose signature song was "Stormy Weather," died on May 9. She was 92
She was 92 and lived in Manhattan. Her death was announced by her son-in-law, Kevin Buckley. Ms. Horne might have become a major movie star, but she was born 50 years too early, and languished at MGM in the 1940s because of the color of her skin, although she was so light-skinned that, when she was a child, other black children had taunted her, accusing her of having a “white daddy.”
Ms. Horne was stuffed into one “all-star” musical after another — “Thousands Cheer” (1943), “Broadway Rhythm” (1944), “Two Girls and a Sailor” (1944), “Ziegfeld Follies” (1946), “Words and Music” (1948) — to sing a song or two that could easily be snipped from the movie when it played in the South, where the idea of an African-American performer in anything but a subservient role in a movie with an otherwise all-white cast was unthinkable.
“The only time I ever said a word to another actor who was white was Kathryn Grayson in a little segment of ‘Show Boat’ ” included in “Till the Clouds Roll By” (1946), a movie about the life of Jerome Kern, Ms. Horne said in an interview in 1990. In that sequence she played Julie, a mulatto forced to flee the showboat because she has married a white man.
So far, there's no immediate statement when Lena Horne funeral will be held.

David Boreanaz's Wife Jaime Bergman Is Still Vary Angry
His wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman, says is still smarting from this week's infidelity bombshell.
"I’m not saying everything’s okay," says Bergman, 34. "I'm still angry. I'm still mad. I am still hurt. "
"It took a crisis, it took infidelity to get us off our asses and work for what we want," she says.
"When we got married, we had an unbelievable foundation that we've never forgotten," the Bones-head admits. "But it's been damaged."

Britney Spears' Leaked 'Telephone' Demo Confirmed By Producer Rodney Jerkins
"As ya'll know, it's been an overwhelming day today. I want to say to all the people on Twitter, all Britney's fans, all the Darkchild fans, I was caught off guard last night with this 'Telephone' leak of Britney," he said.
"I've been asked to leak the version, and I haven't leaked the version, and then last night, there was a version leaked. I really don't know who leaked the version. It was an early demo stage of the version. It wasn't even a mixed version. I would never leak something without Britney's approval, without Larry Rudolph, without Jive Records," Darkchild continued.
While the producer made sure he cleared the air about the leak, he also spilled a few details about a recent visit he had with Britney's manager Larry Rudolph. "On Saturday evening, the night of the fight, Larry Rudolph, Britney Spears' manager, came to my house to watch the fight and we had an incredible conversation about Britney Spears' new album. And we talked about the direction of her album, he gave me some insight into the direction and he wants me to work on stuff for the album," he said.

Lindsay Lohan Shops Til She Drops
Lindsay Lohan is having an oh so fabulous time in the Big Apple, and has the photos to prove it.
She spent Saturday cruising through all the trendiest shops in the SoHo district, stopping for lunch at Club Habana, an even trendier Mexican eatery that's opening an outpost in Malibu just in time for summer.
Lindsay Lohan Has $500,000 In Credit Card Debt
Lindsay left Club Habana with what we assume was a non-alcoholic drink in hand. Ready to shop some more, no doubt.
Lindsay's dad Michael Lohan has been desperately trying to convince his daughter to go to rehab. She's snubbed his every attempt to speak with her directly.

‘Full House’ star, Jodie Sweetin Pregnant second time
Stella also tells People that Jodie and Morty "are happy" for the coming of the child. Moreover, the representative claims that the actress, who has struggled with addiction to meth and alcohol, "is in a good place."
Jodie, who is best known for her role as Stephanie Tanner in TV series "Full House", has divorced twice and had two-year-old daughter Zoie Laurelmae from her marriage with film transportation coordinator Cody Herpin. Previously, she got married to Los Angeles Police Officer Shaun Holguin.
After separating from Cody, Jodie met Hollywood DJ Morty and quickly fell in love, a family friend says. While they are only dating for few months, the couple is reportedly already talking about getting married.
